The purpose of establishing the school, originally,  is to help the children of overseas Chinese studying Chinese and other subjects in Taiwan, ROC. We especially emphasize the importance of usage of Mandarin and learning of Chinese cultures. Because most young overseas Chinese  students are not easy to touch with Chinese cultures while living in overseas, once their parents sent them  back to Taiwan, Understanding their own culture and studying Mandarin become a major task. Thus, in early development of our school, students were all overseas Chinese.

        Due to the change of  international situation and political realism, the amount of overseas Chinese had reduced to come back for studying year by year. We had systematically accepted local students to enter our school many years ago. Therefore, in our campus,  local students and overseas Chinese students study together and furthermore, in such circumstance, we had seen the fusion of Chinese cultures in the country and foreign cultures taken by overseas Chinese students. However, the original purpose of the school's mission is still hold on.   

 　  Our campus covers 12.5 hectares, which makes our school the largest campus of all the senior high schools in Taiwan. The spacious campus nurtures students with broad mind and international vision.   With humane space, elaborate design, green grass, luxuriant and well-spaced flowers and trees, we provide  the best learning environment and teaching for our students.
